How long does shipping take?
Standard: 5–7 business days. Express: 2–3 business days. International: 7–14 business days. Every order includes tracking and arrives in our signature matte-black packaging.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — 14 days from delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Limited drops and sale items are final sale. Start a return anytime from our Returns page.
How do I care for my NOVAXCO garments?
Cold machine wash inside out, or dry clean for premium pieces. Lay flat to dry — never tumble dry or iron directly on printed areas. Care instructions ship with every order.
Will sold-out pieces restock?
